The place was fairly clean with a nice design and nice staff. The breakfast was sensational, with different food choice. The pool area was heated and the location was great and comfortable, adjacent to fields and mountains and bars and restaurants:)))

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way and I highly recommend it. The location was magnificent, close to Panticosa and Formigal, as well as restaurants and historical sites.- I enjoyed having supper at a terrace restaurant during my hiking holiday with Hike Pyrenees.

best thing about the hotel is its location and staff, who are always ready to solve any problem with great kindness and courtesy. As we were 2 adults and a 10 year old girl, they put us in a room superior to the one we had booked, if it costs anything. location is also excellent, as it is only a few minutes walk from the centre of Biescas, in a very quiet and accessible area. breakfast is also good and food in the restaurant is fine, too sophisticated if you go with children. There are no simple or unprocessed dishes.
The only bad thing about the room was the heating, which, being central, cannot be turned off or regulated. It was very hot in the room. The restaurant has a very reduced menu with overly elaborate dishes where 80% are sweet and sour and you are served very little, even if you ask for them well cooked. There is no bar service outside the breakfast and lunch hours. If you want to drink or eat something in the evening, you can't because there's no one in the restaurant until 7.45pm . The SPA is very small and only has a 5x5m indoor pool and a sauna. There is no hydromassage. The common areas are very basic. There is no games room, etc. Only armchairs and some magazines. For me, it is a 3 star, so the price of the accommodation should be lower.

hotel is very nice, well located and surroundings are great. room was quiet, clean and with a good view.
The bathroom in the room looked like a joke to me. It is in the middle of the room like a showcase and is open at the top and on the side so you don't get the comfortable temperature you would expect from a shower. We thought it was a botched job. In addition, the fact that it is open from the top generates an increase in humidity in the room that is uncomfortable. Modern is not at odds with functionality and comfort. It is a feature that should be reported in the reservation of those rooms that have such a shower . The use of the indoor pool is free but they do not give or sell flip-flops for those who do not bring them. It seems to me that with this service, it would be good to have an option to wear flip-flops as many 4-star hotels do.

It is a very nice hotel with beautiful views, it has a large garden and swimming pool, pity is that I could enjoy it as I would have liked, mattresses are very comfortable, it sleeps great, it is clean and staff is very very friendly, they have a very useful room to store bikes and wash them.
It's uncomfortable that the bathroom is integrated in the same room, for a weekend nothing happens, for a long stay I wouldn't choose it. biggest inconvenience for me is that on Saturday there was a wedding and that alters everything. At 9am they removed the hammocks and set up the cocktail furniture in the garden, so you can't use it, they had the loud music in the morning (I don't understand why). I intended to go down at noon to relax and sunbathe (that's why I chose this hotel) but at 2pm the guests started to arrive in the garden and didn't leave until 4:15pm. According to the hotel staff you can be in the pool, it is not nice if you have 100 people around you eating, drinking, gossiping in the pool and with the music at full blast, racket they generate by talking. they should warn when confirming the reservation that they have weddings, because if you are going to enjoy the hotel you can not 100%. I do not rule out returning another weekend, I will make sure before they do not have wedding

The architecture of the hotel, its location and facilities so you won't get bored for a second. A quiet hotel that invites you to rest and disconnect. The room was spacious and modern, tastefully decorated. It lacks nothing, you have 2 pillows per person (different size and firmness), all kinds of "amenities" in the bathroom and hair dryer . On the other hand, we loved the bathtub, perfect for a relaxing bath after a day of long walks. No doubt, we will come back to this hotel.
- It was too hot in the room and we didn't have the heat on. It seems that it came from some central system they have in the hotel because we left the window open all day, we arrived at night and it was terribly hot (in days of wearing a coat) . - The indoor pool should be taken care of more.

hotel is on the side of the village which makes it easy to get there by car, in 2 minutes you are in the centre but you avoid most of the noises (we coincided with the festivities and we didn't even know about the festivals). room, pool/garden and indoor pool are great (the latter is a bit smaller if you go in winter and hotel is full). All the staff are super friendly, we travelled with a baby and everything was easy (the hotel provides a cot and although it is a travel cot, it has its own very comfortable mattress). restaurant doesn't have much variety but everything is very good; it doesn't have room service but they prepare whatever you want so you can take it up. As for the breakfast, it is not too wide but it has a little bit of everything to choose from.

Spacious rooms with a nice balcony to chill on and cool open bathrooms that are perfect for a romantic vibe - they even have a tub for a relaxing soak 🛁. The staff here are super friendly and provide top-notch service, making the stay even better.

the swimming pools, the rooms and the hotel. The restaurant has a good quality / price ratio. The staff was very helpful and nice.
Gym not so great (hot, not great machines).

The hotel is very well located, facing the countryside, but linked to the town centre, which is very practical for walking around the village, going to bars and restaurants, etc. . The rooms have good size, comfort, good views. The living room with the fireplace is very pleasant to read, chat or play board games . The spa is small, but it's nice that it can be accessed for free and at any time, especially after returning from a walk in the mountains . The New Year's Eve party was a lot of fun.
I prefer bathrooms with a shower instead of a bathtub, fact that the bathtub is in the middle of the room, with no wall or door, takes away enough intimacy and warmth from the daily shower. Aesthetically it's nice, not very practical. New Year's Eve dinner was not of the expected quality for the price paid, I would have preferred fewer dishes but of better quality and with better execution and that, at least, they left us the bottle of water on the table, instead of having to wait for the drink to be served. first dish on the children's menu was quite unfortunate: a mix of reheated soft fried foods and poor quality sausage. I understand that the price also pays for the service on a night like that, as well as the party afterwards, was a lot of fun.
